Who granted the permission to set up the blog site?

Way way back we have this hullfilcom.tk website, our first attempt to carry the community online but most of the members were just not that keen or maybe it was the lack of information dissemination that we did not meet the required traffic for the site to remain online, so the first HFC website vanished.

The turn of the new administration however paved the way for another shot at making our community online, with the permission from the newly elected president and its officers and support from members as well, we agreed to establish this site though temporary, we hope each and every member will try to cooperate this time just to keep it afloat.
