25th June to 10th of July 2010 - Period for Filing of candidacy either by post or email by any HFC member who wishes to run in the HFC 2010 Election.
-same period given to HFC members to submit their nominees for the various positions, (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, PRO1, PRO2, PRO3), in the HFC 2010 Election.
11th July 2010 - Publishing of the list of the Top four (4) nominees in each of the positions.
15th July 2010 - Deadline for the nominees to accept/decline the nominations.
16th July 2010 - Final Listing of the Names of the Candidates for the HFC 2010 Election.
25th July 2010(as amended) - HFC Election day, Sunday at The Village Hall (beside St. WILFRIDS Parish Church, Boulevard) From 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Mode of Voting? In person at the voting station, by sealed envelopes or thru email at hullfilcom@yahoo.co.uk
Who can vote? -HFC members aged 17 years old and above.
Who can run for the Posts? -Any HFC member 17 years and above, may run except for the Presidency, which has a 25 yr. old minimum age requirement.
-Incumbent Elected Officers are barred from running while appointed Officers may do so.
